This is a 50 year old patient with changes in breast volume after pregnancy that presented for natural breast augmentation. She underwent dual plane subpectoral breast augmentation with 190 cc smooth round MP Mentor silicone gel breast implants. 2 year after results are shown with natural augmentation and normal position of the breast implant.
