25 year old female with bilateral hypomastia and mild asymmetry that desired added breast fullness. She wore an A cup bra and wanted to be a C cup. She underwent a bilateral dual-plane subpectoral breast augmentation with smooth, round silicone gel Mentor high profile breast implants.  2 year follow up photos are shown with good maintenance of projection, position of the implant. She is a very happy patient.
