The is a 62 year old patient who lost 150 lbs after having a bariatric surgical procedure with total tissue deflation and droopiness to the breasts. She underwent subpectoral breast augmentation with a 325cc moderate plus profile silicone gel Mentor breast implant in conjunction with a breast lift (mastopexy). Early 2 month results are shown.
