27 year-old Hispanic patient that was bothered by loose tummy skin and abdominal wall laxity after changes from pregnancy. She underwent tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with lipo-contouring of the flanks and hips as an outpatient in a fully accredited outpatient surgicenter and went home the same day after her procedure. Exparel injections are used at the time of surgery and greatly reduce discomfort after the surgery allowing for faster recovery. Three month after images are shown with improvement to the abdominal and torso contours with well disguised incisions that will continue to fade and a natural belly button.
