Mid 40s patient with changes to her tummy from pregnancy. She had 4 pregnancies and each time by C-Section. She was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen, the skin laxity and fullness, as well as the overhang of skin that was also related to worsening scar tissue from having 4 C-Sections. She underwent an outpatient abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with lipo-contouring of the hips and flanks. 4 month after photos are shown with contour improvement throughout the torso and hips as well as a well disguised “bikini” incision that won’t be visible. She is elated.
