This is a 47 year-old female that had a history of previous breast augmentation saline breast implants and a previous breast lift. She was bothered by the appearance of her breasts and tummy area after post-pregnancy changes. She underwent a removal of old saline breast implants with capsular repair for lateral malposition of her previous saline breast implants (they had drifted too much to the side, mostly on the right) and replacement with silicone gel breast implants and a revision breast lift, as well as liposuction of the flanks, bra strap roll, axilla (arm pit) and inner and outer thighs and a tummy tuck. Her 6 month after results are shown.
