54 year old patient that had modest fullness and laxity in the abdominal area that had bothered her since having children. She wanted to feel better in her two-piece bathing suit and desired improvement in the hips as well. She underwent outpatient surgery with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with lipo-contouring of the hips and flanks. One year after photos are shown with nice contour improvement of the abdomen, well-concealed incision, and contour improvement in the hips and “muffin” area as well.
