39 year old patients with changes to the breast and tummy after children. She wanted conservative breast augmentation very natural. She was bothered by her tummy and shape about the waist line as well as in the mons pubis area. She underwent subpectoral breast augmentation with 215 cc smooth round silicone gel Mentor XTRA MP breast implants, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and lipo-contouring of the hips. 4 month after photos are shown with shape improvement.
