66 year old patient that was bothered by laxity of her upper arms. She underwent a brachioplasty (arm lift) without drains. She has a well healed incision that is still healing and red (4 months out ) but will fade with time by a year. Significant contour improvements are shown as her incisions are totally concealed when her arms are down at the sides.
