This 50-year-old patient wanted to address the laxity and fullness in the upper arm area. She underwent an outpatient posterior upper arm brachioplasty, and the incision is on the bottom of the arm where it is less visible. Patient is pleased with the significant improvement, 6 month post-op results are shown here.
